AI Usage & Disclaimer

Purpose of this page
Fistara is an AI companion. It can hold conversations, search for information, and remember details about you — but it is still an artificial intelligence system, not a human expert, and it has real limitations. This page explains those limitations clearly, so you know what to expect and how to use Fistara responsibly. This page is part of our Terms & Conditions.
AI responses may be inaccurate
Fistara generates responses using AI models that predict likely answers based on patterns in data. This means Fistara can:
- State something confidently that is factually wrong (sometimes called a “hallucination”);
- Provide outdated information, especially about fast-changing topics;
- Misunderstand the intent behind your question;
- Produce inconsistent answers to similar questions asked differently.
Fistara’s responses are generated, not retrieved from a verified source, unless explicitly presented as a search result with a citation.
Not professional advice
Fistara does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice, even if its responses are phrased in a way that sounds authoritative. Specifically:
- Not legal advice: do not rely on Fistara for decisions with legal consequences. Consult a qualified lawyer.
- Not medical advice: do not rely on Fistara for diagnosis, treatment, or health decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional.
- Not financial advice: do not rely on Fistara for investment, tax, or other financial decisions. Consult a qualified professional.
AI Search limitations
When Fistara searches the web to answer a question, it summarizes what it finds and, where possible, cites its sources. Search results can still be incomplete, biased, outdated, or drawn from unreliable sources. A citation shows you where Fistara got an idea from — it is not a guarantee that the underlying source is accurate.
AI Memory limitations
Fistara’s memory feature stores information you’ve shared so future conversations feel continuous. Memory can be incomplete, can misinterpret what you said, or can become outdated as your circumstances change. Fistara may occasionally apply a memory in a context where it no longer fits. You can review, correct, and delete your stored memory at any time in your account settings — we encourage you to do so periodically, especially before relying on something Fistara “remembers” for an important decision.
Verify important information
Before acting on anything Fistara tells you — particularly for decisions involving money, health, legal rights, safety, or anything else with real consequences — verify it independently through a qualified professional or authoritative source. Treat Fistara as a starting point for thinking, not as a final authority.
AI actions require your approval
As Fistara introduces agent-style capabilities that can take actions on your behalf (for example, sending a message, booking something, or modifying a file), those actions will require your explicit review and approval before they are carried out, unless you have knowingly configured a specific action to run automatically. You are responsible for reviewing proposed actions before approving them.
No liability for reliance on AI output
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QUINPIN LLP is not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on Fistara’s AI-generated output. This section works together with the “Limitation of liability” section of our Terms & Conditions.
Reporting an issue
If Fistara gives you a response that is inaccurate, harmful, or concerning, please report it to support@fistara.ai so we can investigate and improve the Service.
